ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Do:
  • Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
  • Help execute individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals
  • Instruct, motivate, and assist patients during therapeutic activities
  • Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT
  • Ensure documentation is timely, accurate, and compliant
  • Support patient education and continuation of care at home
Required SkillsWhat You Bring:
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Active Texas PTA license (or ability to obtain)
  • Team-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow, especially in vestibular and balance therapy
  • Prefer 1+ year of outpatient experience, but new graduates are welcome to apply—we offer mentorship and hands-on clinical training
