Licensed Practical Nurse [SNF]

Location: Mattoon, IL Contract Length: 13 Weeks (Extension Possible) Schedule: 3×12‑hour shifts weekly

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract assignment at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Mattoon, Illinois. This role offers a stable schedule, a supportive work environment, and the opportunity to extend based on performance and facility needs.

• Provide high‑quality nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans
• Monitor, document, and report changes in resident conditions

• Assist with daily clinical operations and resident care needs

• Active LPN license in Illinois
• Previous SNF or long‑term care experience preferred
• Strong communication, assessment, and clinical skills
