FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is opening an outpatient physical therapy clinic in PORT ST LUCIE/TRADITION, focused on high-quality care, strong clinical support, and sustainable workloads. This clinic is independently owned and operated, with the backing of the FYZICAL national network - meaning you get the support, systems, and specialty focus of a national brand, paired with the flexibility and culture of a locally run practice. We're seeking a Physical Therapist who values patient-first care, realistic caseloads, and a work environment where clinicians are supported - not rushed. This role is ideal for a Physical therapist who wants stability, collaboration, without pressure to "do it all."     • $40-$55/hour, Part- time (Based on experience)
    • $75k-$110K, Salary, Full-time (Based on experience)

What You’ll Do Clinical Care
Perform comprehensive evaluations and deliver individualized treatment plans
Treat orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and balance patients
Focus on outcomes, patient experience, and clinical excellence
Ideal Candidate
Licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible)
3+ years of clinical experience preferred
Passionate about patient-centered outpatient care
Enjoys collaboration and building strong team culture
A compassionate heart for patients
  • Pelvic Floor, Balance, Vestibular certification will be required, training is available for non certified.
DME, Orthotics, Manual therapy, Pediatrics, and dry needling experience highly preferred

Work Location: In personResponsibilities
  • Al-assisted documentation reduces after hours work.
  • Manageable caseload, our average daily caseload is 12-14 patients.
  • Perform new-patient evaluations/exams
  • Diagnose patients; evaluate physical activity limitations
  • Create a plan that sets a goal and completion date
  • Equip patients with PT intervention techniques/exercises; track progress
  • Provide education to patients on techniques for the continuation of care
  • Examine and evaluate new patients
  • Establish a diagnosis of condition or conditions and their impact on activity
  • Establish a plan goal and time frame
  • Prescribe intervention techniques and exercises
  • Measure and track intervention effectiveness
  • Educate the patient on continuing care
Required Skills
  • Accredited PT program graduate
  • Up-to-date state PT license
  • Able to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation-setting treatment plans
  • Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment
  • Must be passionate about helping patients who have vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall risk issues
    • Pelvic Floor, Balance, Vestibular certification will be required, training is available for non certified.
  • Graduation from an accredited PT program and current PT license in FL
  • Must be able to carry out and progress a skilled treatment plan in outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation setting
  • Must be self-motivated with a willingness to learn
  • Passion for working with vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk patient population
  • Prefer at least one year working in outpatient neurological or orthopedic center, or previous vestibular rehab experience
