A day in the life

• Kick off production by setting up and maintaining hand, power, and air tools for efficient assembly.
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with teammates on the assembly line to meet schedule and quality targets.
• Follow safety procedures throughout a busy manufacturing facility—PPE on, hazards minimized, workspace organized.
• Troubleshoot mechanical or assembly issues on the fly to keep the line moving smoothly.
• Track and stage materials, parts, and hardware within the warehouse to prevent slowdowns.

What you bring

• Solid construction background using hand, power, and air-driven tools.
• Comfort with heavy lifting as part of daily production.
• Accurate tape measure reading and layout skills.
