You'll perform service calls efficiently, explain repair options clearly, educate homeowners on system performance and energy efficiency, and maintain company quality and safety standards. This role offers additional earning opportunities through repair incentives and qualified lead generation.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for motivated HVAC professionals with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills who enjoy solving problems and helping customers. Residential HVAC service experience is preferred, and EPA certification is required or must be obtainable quickly. Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
