About the Role:
As our new Maintenance Director, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and janitorial services
Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization
Managing and leading a team of maintenance staff to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks
Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
Maintaining compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards
Maintenance Director will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are always clean, safe, and in good working order.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage budgets for maintenance and repair projects
Identify and prioritize maintenance needs and implement corrective actions
Collaborate with management and other departments to plan and execute facility improvements and renovations
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, such as OSHA and HIPAA
Maintenance Director will have the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex maintenance problems.
Requirements:
