Job Description
This is a flexible opportunity that can work well for an SLP looking to add a case to their existing schedule. Homeside Rehab offers competitive compensation, flexible scheduling, and a sign-on bonus.
Patient AvailabilityThe patient is available for therapy during the following times:
Weekdays after 3:30 PM
Saturdays – availability coordinated with the patient's father
Sundays after 9:00 AM
Provide skilled speech-language therapy based on the patient's individualized plan of care
Implement appropriate speech, language, communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing interventions as clinically indicated
Monitor patient progress and communicate changes as needed
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Communicate professionally with the patient, family, and clinical team
Follow all applicable clinical and documentation requirements
Active New York State Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
Reliable and able to maintain consistent scheduled visits
Basic computer skills for electronic documentation
Previous home-based therapy experience is preferred but not required
