Logan Property Management (LPM) is seeking an experienced and dedicated Leasing Consultant to oversee Trolley Court, a 187-unit single-room occupancy (SRO) property. This role assists with leasing activities, resident services, and team coordination to ensure smooth property management and high resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

Leasing and Occupancy:

  • Lead leasing efforts by showing units, processing applications, and managing move-ins/move-outs.

  • Maintain high occupancy by coordinating marketing, outreach, and resident retention activities.

  • Conduct regular inspections of vacant and occupied units to ensure readiness and quality standards.

  • Track leasing metrics and report progress to the Community Manager.

Property Operations:

  • Support daily property operations and coordinate maintenance and repairs.

  • Assist with vendor management and ensure service quality.

  • Monitor property appearance and functionality.

Resident Relations:

  • Address resident inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly.

  • Support the Community Manager in fostering a professional and welcoming environment.

Team Support:

  • Assist in supervising onsite staff and maintenance personnel as needed.

  • Support staff communication and training.

  • Promote a positive and productive working environment.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in property management, preferably with SRO, affordable housing, or multi-unit residential properties.

  • Strong leasing and customer service skills, with the ability to drive occupancy goals.

  • Proficient in property management software (Yardi, RealPage, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Successful completion of background and drug screenings.

Working Conditions:

Location: Onsite at Trolley Court, 940 Park Blvd, San Diego, CA 92101.

  • Hours: Full-time, 8 hours per day, not eligible for overtime.

  • Physical Effort: Mostly sedentary with occasional standing, walking, and ability to lift up to 10 pounds.

  • Travel: Travel by car may be necessary to assist with attending trainings, compliance support, certifications, or operational coverage at other properties within LPM’s portfolio.
