Maintenance Technician | $16.00–$18.00/hr | Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–10:00 PM / Split Shift / Onsite

• Competitive Pay of $16.00–$18.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Schedule: Monday – Friday / Split Shift, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Training: Selected candidate will train on day shift before transitioning to the split shift

Our client is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to support facility and equipment maintenance in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely use hand and power tools, with experience in hydraulics, electrical systems, or MIG/Stick welding preferred. This position requires a strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to following established safety procedures.

• Perform general maintenance and repair duties throughout the facility
• Safely operate and use hand and power tools to complete maintenance tasks
• Assist with mechanical systems, including hydraulic equipment and related components
• Utilize basic electrical and welding skills as needed to support maintenance operations
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment while following all company safety procedures
• Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned

• Basic mechanical aptitude required
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools
• Basic understanding of hydraulic systems
• Electrical and/or MIG/Stick welding experience preferred
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and reliable attendance
• Ability to follow company safety policies and procedures
• Willingness to train and develop additional maintenance skills

The base pay range for this position is $33,280–$37,440 annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
