This role is ideal for a technician who enjoys complex diagnostics, working on large-tonnage equipment, and operating with a high level of independence in the field. You'll work on chillers up to 2500 tons along with supporting equipment across a variety of commercial and industrial facilities.About Flow Building SolutionsFlow Building Solutions provides commercial and industrial HVAC, mechanical, and plumbing services throughout the Atlanta area. We focus on improving system performance, reliability, and long-term efficiency while delivering high-quality service to our clients.What You'll DoThis is a field-based role focused on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining large-tonnage chillers and commercial HVAC systems. You will troubleshoot and service chillers, cooling towers, pumps, boilers, rooftop units, and VRF systems while performing preventative maintenance, system testing, and equipment start-ups. The role includes advanced electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant diagnostics, interpreting wiring diagrams and technical documentation, and using computerized diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues. You will also provide recommendations to customers, maintain accurate service documentation, and support commissioning and system optimization efforts.
