Physical Therapist (PT)

FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers
Renton, WA, US Full Time

Job Description

Job Description

Are you a Physical Therapist who loves patient care and wants a role that is sustainable — not rushed, not burned out, and not buried in paperwork?

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is opening a new outpatient clinic in SeaTac focused on quality care, realistic caseloads, and strong clinical support. We are looking for a PT who wants stability now, with the opportunity to grow professionally as the clinic grows.

This is a one-on-one care model. You will have the time you need to treat patients well — orthopedic, post-injury, balance, vestibular, and more — without the pressure of high-volume back-to-back scheduling. As a locally owned FYZICAL clinic backed by a national network, you will have access to proven systems, specialty training, and clinical resources without having to figure everything out alone.

Why Join Us

  • Competitive salary: $100,000 – $110,000 base, based on experience

  • Performance-based incentive opportunities as the clinic grows

  • Sign-on bonus of up to $10,000, spread over your first year, for the right candidate

  • Time to treat patients effectively — manageable caseload + AI-assisted documentation means your evenings and weekends are yours again

  • Flexible scheduling options — standard Mon–Fri or 4x10 arrangements available for the right candidate

  • No weekends — ever

  • Health insurance: $300/month employer stipend, with dental and vision covered 100% by the Company

  • 401(k) Safe Harbor plan — 100% match on your first 3% contributed, plus 50% on the next 2% (up to 4% employer match)

  • 15 days (3 weeks) PTO annually, plus 8 paid company holidays

  • CEU reimbursement + unlimited access to FYZICAL College and MedBridge for specialty training in balance, vestibular, and orthopedic rehabilitation

  • Mentorship and leadership path — direct access to an experienced Clinical Director, with the opportunity to grow into a Clinical Director role yourself if and when you want to

  • The best of both worlds: small clinic feel with big brand backing — family-like environment, no HR red tape, no bureaucracy, your voice matters — paired with cutting-edge equipment and the systems of a nationally recognized brand

  • Freedom without bureaucracy — quick decisions, open-door leadership, flexible arrangements without jumping through hoops

  • Strong clinicians ready to step into a Clinical Director role are encouraged to apply

Position Overview

This role blends hands-on outpatient patient care with clinical leadership. You will help establish best practices, support a collaborative patient-first environment, and continue doing what you do best — treating patients — while also having a voice in how the clinic is built, how care is delivered, and how the team develops.

You will not be doing this alone. As a locally owned FYZICAL clinic, you will have access to national systems, training, and clinical resources — plus direct mentorship from our established Queen Anne team — to support your success from day one.

Responsibilities

Clinical Care

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations and deliver individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

  • Treat orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, balance, and post-injury patients in a one-on-one care model

  • Focus on outcomes, patient experience, and clinical excellence

  • Complete accurate, timely documentation — supported by AI-assisted tools that keep charting at work, not at home

  • Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention

Leadership & Clinic Development

  • Help establish clinical standards, workflows, and best practices as the clinic opens

  • Lead by example in professionalism, patient engagement, and care quality

  • Mentor future therapists and support team development as the clinic grows

  • Partner with ownership on clinic growth, community outreach, and referral relationships

  • Contribute to operational planning as the clinic expands

Required Skills
  • Active Washington State Physical Therapist license (required prior to start)

  • Minimum 3 years of outpatient clinical experience — ability to manage a full caseload independently from day one

  • Passionate about patient-centered outpatient care

  • Interested in leadership, mentorship, and long-term professional growth

  • Enjoys collaboration and building strong team culture

  • Entrepreneurial mindset is a plus — but heart for patients always comes first

  • Experience in occupational rehab, post-injury care, or workers' compensation is a meaningful advantage

  • Bilingual skills — Somali, Amharic, Spanish, or Tagalog are a plus given our patient community

  • Strong clinicians ready to step into a leadership role and grow into a Clinical Director position are encouraged to apply.
