You’ll handle occasional Trillium model assembly, perform general wiring, and run end-of-line functional tests—then troubleshoot until every unit exceeds customer expectations. You thrive on details, own your work, and embody BAC’s values of Earning Trust, Embracing Responsibility, Showing Courage, and Driving Innovation. At the core, it’s about doing the right thing the right way.

How you’ll make an impact
  • Interpret and apply machine, mechanical, and electrical blueprints and technical specifications.
  • Read electrical/electronic circuit diagrams and schematics to build, wire, and verify assemblies.
  • Execute end-of-line functional tests; use a multimeter and other test equipment to validate performance.
  • Troubleshoot motors, controls, logic, and evaporative cooling tower components to root cause.
  • Work at heights in accordance with OSHA general industry standards using proper fall protection.
  • Rotate and flex across different stations and lines as production demands shift.
What you bring
  • Hands-on experience with three-phase wiring: motors, motor controls, transformers, and PLC interfaces; plus 1-phase 120Vac and 24Vdc control circuits, switches, sensors, and transmitters.
  • Confidence reading and interpreting electrical wiring diagrams and schematics.
  • Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code and a strong quality mindset.
  • Documented commitment to safety and adherence to safety procedures and standards.
  • Intermediate computer skills and the ability to complete department paperwork and reports.
  • At least 2 years in motors/controls maintenance and troubleshooting, and at least 2 years of wiring experience.
  • Bonus: PLC programming exposure and Hi-Pot (dielectric) testing experience.
