Your Role as a Licensed Practical Nurse:
As an LPN at Poplar Hill Health and Rehab, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to residents. Key responsibilities include:
Monitoring resident health, recording vital signs, and updating care plans
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Assisting residents with daily living activities, promoting dignity and comfort
Collaborating with physicians, and family members to ensure comprehensive care
Maintaining accurate documentation of care plans, treatment outcomes, and observations
Fostering a safe and compassionate care environment for residents and staff
Qualifications:
Active LPN license in Virginia or a compact state
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
