When a surface needs refinement, you bring it to perfection with skilled sanding, grinding, and patching. You coordinate with teammates to keep projects moving, keep your area neat and safe, and promptly flag any issues so they can be resolved without delay.

• Verify product quality and accuracy against established specs.
• Execute hands-on finishing processes: sanding, grinding, and patching.
• Work closely with team members to maintain an efficient workflow and meet timelines.
• Uphold a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace.
• Report defects or irregularities to the supervisor for swift action.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• Experience in finishing or a closely related role is preferred.
• Meticulous attention to detail and pride in high-caliber craftsmanship.
• Comfort working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of finishing tools and equipment.
