Position – Avionics Craftsman III
Location: Denton
We are currently seeking experienced Avionics Craftsman III technicians to support Greenpoint operations in Denton.
This position will support aircraft avionics installation activities with a focus on advanced wire harness assembly, routing, mounting, and electrical installation work.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assemble and install aircraft wire harnesses in accordance with engineering drawings and work instructions
Route, secure, and mount aircraft wiring, cables, and harness assemblies
Perform wire preparation, termination, crimping, connector installation, and related electrical work
Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, engineering drawings, and technical documentation
Ensure proper wire routing, separation, support, and installation practices
Perform detailed electrical installation and modification work
Inspect completed installations for workmanship and compliance with applicable requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve wiring and installation discrepancies
Use applicable electrical tools, hand tools, and measuring equipment
Complete production and installation documentation accurately
Coordinate with technicians, leads, inspectors, and other departments as required
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
Perform other duties as assigned

Summary of Education, Experience and Certification
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience with aircraft wire harness assembly, routing, and mounting required
Strong aircraft avionics or electrical installation experience required
Experience reading aircraft wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation preferred
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong knowledge of aircraft wire harness assembly and installation practices
Ability to independently route, secure, and mount aircraft wiring and harnesses
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and engineering documentation
Experience performing wire preparation, termination, and connector installation
Ability to troubleshoot aircraft wiring and installation discrepancies
Experience using electrical tools, hand tools, and applicable test equipment
Strong attention to workmanship, accuracy, and quality
Ability to perform detailed electrical work in confined aircraft spaces
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced aircraft production environment
Work Environment and Physical Demands
The employee will work in hangar, shop, and aircraft environments and may be required to work in confined aircraft spaces and various physical positions.
The employee may be required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and reach throughout the shift.
