Exhibit Pros is expanding our field operations team, and we are seeking experienced Show Site Leads to manage the successful installation and dismantle of high-profile trade show exhibits across the U.S.
If you are an experienced trade show professional who knows how to lead crews, solve problems on-site, and deliver clean, professional builds—this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and participate in on-site installation and dismantle of trade show exhibits
- Supervise crews and ensure projects meet quality, safety, and deadline expectations
- Coordinate with internal Project Managers and clients to ensure flawless execution
- Manage labor and logistics on-site (union and non-union environments)
- Troubleshoot and resolve last-minute show-site challenges quickly and professionally
- Travel nationwide to major convention cities to oversee exhibit builds and dismantles
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in the trade show / exhibit industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage crews and labor efficiently under pressure
- Experience working in convention centers and understanding show rules
- Hands-on knowledge of exhibit systems such as:
beMatrix
Aluvision
Custom builds and modular exhibit structures
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and quality-driven mindset
Travel Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
This role requires frequent nationwide travel, including:
- Early morning call times
- Late nights and long show days
- Weekend installs and dismantles
- Fast-paced travel schedules depending on show demands
