We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Assistant to assist the maintenance director and ensure our community remains a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for our residents and staff.
Maintenance Assistant Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining the building, its systems, and the surrounding grounds.
Manage the maintenance and security departments to ensure efficient operations.
Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs as needed.
Ensure compliance with company standards.
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a Maintenance Assistant (assisted living experience is a plus!).
Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
