Marketing Director/Admission Concierge

The Orchards at Three Rivers, located in Three Rivers, MI, is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

Marketing Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities:

· Promote and represent Three Rivers as an Assisted Living community for older adults

· Build and maintain personal relationships with prospective residents and their families, serving as a trusted advisor during their transition to senior living

· Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase occupancy through advertising, networking, and community outreach

· Coordinate and attend public relations efforts, including community events, health fairs, and tours

· Build relationships with local healthcare providers, referral sources, and the surrounding community

· Communicate with empathy and professionalism throughout all stages of the sales process

· Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure a seamless move-in experience

· Participate in weekly census development meetings and occupancy tracking

· Work a flexible hybrid schedule, both remotely and on-site as needed

Marketing Coordinator Qualifications and Skills:

· Experience in marketing, sales, or customer service preferred

· Background in healthcare, senior living, or real estate is a plus

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Ability to perform outreach, overcome objections, and guide families through emotional decision-making

· Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities

· Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

· Willingness to learn and grow within the role – we can train the right candidate with sales potential

As the Admissions Concierge, you will oversee the facilities customer service role and community marketing efforts to assure census and case mix goals are achieved. You would work with the facility staff to resolve customer services issues and be the community face of the center, as well as oversee the life span of the admission process and customer satisfaction from referral, tour conversion, admission, contract completion on through early admission.

What your work schedule would be:

You would work typically work during business hours Monday through Friday with flexibility to work nontraditional hours.

The successful candidate:

  • Preferably has existing one year experience in a customer service role

  • Preferably has experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
