Your core responsibilities
- Translate blueprints, shop drawings, and layout specs into actionable build steps.
- Position, align, and assemble hull and structural sections for ships, barges, and marine craft.
- Mark out and verify dimensions; cut, grind, and tack components to prepare for welding operations.
- Use a full range of tools: hand and power tools, cutting torches, grinders, and standard shipyard equipment.
