Dan Mensch GEICO Exclusive Agency in Allentown, PA is looking for a driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, building relationships, and creating opportunities with customers.

We're looking for someone who is competitive, coachable, and motivated to succeed. If you have sales or customer service experience, that's a plus—but we're most interested in finding someone with the right attitude and drive.

What You'll Do

• Generate new business through leads, referrals, follow-up, and proactive outreach.
• Connect with prospective and existing customers to understand their insurance needs.
• Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
• Educate customers on insurance products, coverage options, and available discounts.
• Prepare and present quotes while clearly communicating the value of the recommended coverage.
• Build lasting customer relationships through consistent follow-up and exceptional service.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and strengthen customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate customer information, records, and policy documentation.
• Follow up with prospects and manage your sales pipeline to maximize opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with the agency team to achieve individual and agency goals.

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
