Responsibilities:

• Schedule nursing staff to ensure adequate coverage and meet the needs of our patients

• Monitor staffing levels and make adjustments as necessary to maintain a safe and efficient work environment

• Collaborate with management to develop and implement staffing plans that align with department goals and objectives

• Maintain accurate records of staffing patterns, employee hours, and leave requests

• Develop and implement efficient scheduling systems and protocols to optimize staff utilization

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to promote patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role (n/a)

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
