Licensing Administrator

Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensing Administrator to support the management of company-owned land, pipeline licenses, permits, leases, and related real property agreements. This role will be responsible for maintaining licensing and property records, researching pipeline and land information, and supporting licensing and permitting activities.

Hands-on ArcGIS experience is required for this position. The ideal candidate will have experience using GIS to research, map, and reference pipeline or property information. Previous pipeline and/or Right-of-Way (ROW) experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use ArcGIS/GIS systems to research, identify, map, and reference pipeline and property information
  • Maintain databases for licenses, permits, leases, and agreements
  • Assist with pipeline license requests, renewals, amendments, and related documentation
  • Research land use, ownership, and Right-of-Way information using GIS and internal/external databases
  • Track documentation and as-built information and follow up with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support quality control processes related to licensing documentation, invoicing, legal documents, deposits, and fees
  • Maintain accurate project files and records
  • Provide customer service and act as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure work complies with applicable company policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

  • Hands-on ArcGIS experience required
  • 2+ years of GIS, environmental, regulatory, land management, real estate, or project-related experience preferred
  • Pipeline industry experience highly preferred
  • Right-of-Way (ROW) experience is a strong plus
  • Experience with database management and maintaining accurate records
  • Strong organizational, research, analytical, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SharePoint and similar business systems are a plus
  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Communications, Land Management/Administration, or a related field preferred; relevant professional experience may be considered
