What You’ll Be Doing

As our Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Head Chef in planning and preparing our Asian fusion-inspired menu.
- Leading and mentoring kitchen staff, ensuring a cohesive and efficient team environment.
- Training team members to maintain consistency and uphold our high standards of quality.
- Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and portion control to ensure every dish is a masterpiece.
- Monitoring kitchen operations to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborating with the team to infuse creativity and innovation into our menu offerings.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with a strong focus on Asian fusion cuisine.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work seamlessly with others.
- A passion for flavor and a deep understanding of Asian fusion ingredients and techniques.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
