Civil Project Manager

POSITION SUMMARY: Antero Group is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager with a background in municipal engineering or site-development engineering for its Denton, Texas office. The selected candidate will oversee municipal and site-development assignments and collaborate with a broader national team. |

PROJECT TYPES: Residential, commercial, and industrial site development; roadway design; stormwater modeling; capital improvement projects; green infrastructure; trail design; and related municipal infrastructure projects. |

RESPONSIBILITIES: Review and develop civil engineering plans; manage projects, schedules, priorities, and deliverables; manage staff and client relationships; prepare engineering and project reports; produce clear technical writing and documentation; mentor junior team members; support business-development activities; coordinate multiple long-term projects and immediate assignments concurrently; and work effectively both independently and as part of multidisciplinary teams. |

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; at least 8 years of civil engineering experience; current Texas Professional Engineer registration or the ability to obtain Texas licensure; strong project-management and time-management skills; ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic, and flexible work environment; ability to manage competing deadlines and multiple projects; and strong individual and team collaboration skills. |
