What You’ll Do:
Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care under the direction of the RN or clinical leadership team
Promote resident dignity, comfort, and well-being through attentive and compassionate care
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team
Serve as a resident advocate—ensuring every voice is heard and every need is met
Participate in care planning and implement individualized care plans
Support a positive, team-oriented environment
What We’re Looking For:
Active LPN license in Missouri.
A true passion for patient care and resident advocacy
Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
