About the Role

Tim’s Corner Market is looking for a dependable, multi-talented Deli & Store Clerk to join our team in the heart of Beechview. We are a neighborhood staple, and we take pride in providing great service and even better food to our community. As a clerk, you will be the face of the market—handling everything from our famous local hoagies to the daily morning rush at the register.

Key Responsibilities

• Deli Operations: Prepare high-quality hoagies and deli sandwiches to order; slice meats and cheeses with precision.
  
  
• Fresh Baking: Manage daily bread-making duties to ensure our deli has fresh rolls and our customers have the best local bakes.
  
  
• Customer Service: Operate the cash register efficiently, handle transactions accurately, and greet every neighbor with a smile.
  
  
• Inventory Management: Stock and organize shelves, ensuring products are rotated and the storefront looks full and inviting.
  
  
• Safety & Hygiene: Strictly follow all health and sanitary codes to maintain a clean kitchen and shopping environment.
  
  
• Maintenance: Assist in keeping the store tidy, including light cleaning of the deli area and restrooms.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Previous experience in a deli or retail environment is a plus, but we are willing to train someone with a great attitude.
  
  
• Skills: Ability to work a deli slicer and multitask during busy lunch rushes.
  
  
• Reliability: We need someone who shows up on time and is ready to support the Beechview community.
