What You'll Be Doing

As a General Maintenance Worker, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our resort and conference center remains a welcoming and well-maintained space for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing routine maintenance and repairs across the property.
• Troubleshooting and addressing issues with plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC as needed.
• Conducting inspections to identify and resolve potential maintenance concerns.
• Assisting with general upkeep of the facility, including minor carpentry and painting tasks.
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Collaborating with the team to maintain a safe and functional environment.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate who brings a combination of technical skills and a can-do attitude. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in general maintenance or a related field.
• Skills: Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repair work.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Team Player: Strong communication skills and a willingness to collaborate with others.
• Dependability: A reliable and proactive approach to work.
