We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team!
Available positions are located at multiple locations and offer full-time employment.
As a Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance tasks to ensure our facilities are in optimal condition.
Key responsibilities include performing inspections and repairs of various systems, responding to maintenance requests and emergencies, and maintaining accurate records.
You will also collaborate with managers and other staff to address facility-related issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

What You'll Do
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance tasks at various locations to ensure facilities are in optimal condition.
They will perform inspections and repairs of plumbing, electrical systems, and structural components, responding promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
They will also keep accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment, and supplies, and collaborate with managers and other staff to address facility-related issues.
Additionally, they will ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols, and troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions.
Requirements
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems.
Able to pass background check
