Structure Welder

We are seeking a skilled Structure Welder to join our dynamic team in Georgetown, SC. As a Structure Welder, you will play a crucial role in the fabrication and assembly of structural components, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
• Perform welding tasks on various structural materials, including steel and aluminum, using MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques.
• Inspect completed welds for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain a safe work environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing welding tasks.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance welding skills and knowledge.

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training is a plus.
• Proven experience as a welder, preferably in structural welding.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Welding certification (e.g., AWS, ASME) is preferred but not mandatory.
