Residential HVAC Installation Crew Chief
Job Description
At M.E. FLOW, a Southern Home Services company, your leadership keeps homes comfortable and customers smiling. Picture this: you start the morning by mapping out the day’s installs with your crew, confirm materials and tools are staged, and head to a homeowner’s residence where you’ll deliver a flawless system replacement. By afternoon, you’re mentoring an Install Helper through brazing and wiring best practices, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and walking the homeowner through what to expect. You wrap the day by documenting the job, tidying the workspace, and prepping for tomorrow’s schedule.
