Optimum Therapies is a local, therapist-owned private practice in Eau Claire specializing in orthopedics, vestibular, sports medicine, and general physical therapy. With over 90 employees across eight clinic locations in Western Wisconsin and North Dakota, Optimum Therapies was founded in 2001 with a purpose to improve the lives of our patients one movement at a time.
Optimum Therapies is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our growing team at our Eau Claire clinic. This role is ideal for someone who values individualized care, collaboration, and ongoing professional growth; while being part of a fun, supportive clinic culture that truly enjoys working together.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient population
- Develop individualized plans of care and adjust as needed
- Provide hands-on treatment, exercise prescription, and education
- Collaborate with team members and referral sources
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation

- Licensed Physical Therapist in Wisconsin
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient-centered and team-oriented mindset
- Open to new grads and experienced therapists
