Help us build clean power plants that move the world toward 100% renewable energy. As our Warehouse Inventory & Fulfillment Coordinator, you’ll be the point person who ensures the right parts are in the right place at the right time—every time.
Your Impact- Inbound excellence: accept deliveries, unpack, verify against purchase orders, and position materials for efficient access.
- Production enablement: stage and supply materials to assembly workstations aligned with the production schedule.
- Outbound accuracy: prepare and safely load shipments to the farm with precise counts and proper handling.
- Data integrity: capture all receipts, issues, transfers, adjustments, and sales order shipments in SAP/ERP without delay.
- Housekeeping & sustainability: keep the dock/warehouse orderly; coordinate waste collection and movement for disposal or recycling.
- Inventory control: perform cycle counts, full counts, and reconciliations; monitor levels and address variances proactively.
- Financial partnership: provide timely inventory data and insights that support monthly and annual financial reporting.
- Other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: ≥1 year in warehousing preferred; background in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
- Systems: Comfortable with ERP/MRP (SAP, JD Edwards) and CMMS; strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
- Capabilities: Heavy material handling, strong organization, planning, and prioritization.
- Communication: Strong command of English to read delivery notes/reports and collaborate across teams.
- Leadership: Track record of teamwork and the ability to guide others, delegate tasks, and provide support.
- Driving: Valid driver’s license, insurability under company policy, and agreement to periodic driver’s abstract checks.
- Model safe behaviors and uphold all safety regulations and Nordex policies.
- Spot and mitigate hazards before they escalate.
- Wear required PPE (eye/hearing protection, steel-toe boots, hard hat); avoid loose clothing and jewelry.
- Use clear English communication to ensure shared understanding of safety and work instructions.
