Picture your day at Breakthrough Productions: you start with a floor walk, reviewing a lineup of custom builds destined for major brands. You confirm assemblies fit perfectly, hardware operates smoothly, lighting is wired as spec’d, and graphics align edge-to-edge. As the final gatekeeper, you sign off only when every detail clears your quality bar—then you lead the pack-out so each crate arrives ready for a smooth, on-time install.

We create one-of-a-kind environments. Your role is to make sure each one is assembled to perfection, protected for transit, and flawlessly installed.

What you’ll ownFinal Assembly
  • Assemble cabinets, displays, exhibits, scenic builds, and branded environments
  • Verify every component fits and functions exactly as intended
  • Install hardware, lighting, graphics, and accessories
  • Troubleshoot and resolve fit-and-finish issues prior to shipment
  • Dial in final adjustments to meet Breakthrough quality standards
Quality Control
  • Conduct comprehensive final inspections before projects depart the shop
  • Confirm dimensions, finishes, graphics, and hardware match approved drawings and client expectations
  • Ensure all punch-list items are completed
  • Prevent field issues by catching problems at the source
  • Formally sign off that projects are delivery-ready
Packing & Shipping
  • Determine the safest, most efficient packing methods
  • Build or coordinate shipping crates when needed
  • Protect finished pieces to prevent transit damage
  • Label crates and components for rapid, intuitive installation
  • Organize hardware kits and all installation documentation
  • Coordinate shipping logistics with project managers and clients
  • Expedite communication on shipment status and delivery timelines
Installation
  • Lead or support onsite installations across the United States
  • Install custom cabinetry, exhibits, displays, and architectural elements
  • Read and interpret construction drawings and installation plans
  • Coordinate with clients, venues, and contractors onsite
  • Resolve installation challenges professionally and efficiently
  • Represent Breakthrough Productions with exceptional customer service

Requirements
  • Experience installing cabinetry, exhibits, millwork, or commercial interiors
  • Ability to read shop drawings and installation plans
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds and collaborate on larger assemblies
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to travel for onsite installations
  • Reliable transportation
  • Positive attitude and commitment to craftsmanship
Preferred Qualifications
  • Trade show or experiential marketing experience
  • Experience leading installation crews
  • Forklift certification
  • Basic electrical knowledge
  • Commercial construction experience
  • DOT or truck driving experience
  • Rigging or equipment operation experience
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
