Location: Euclid, OH
Job Type: Travel Contract / Local
Duration: 12 weeks
Shift: Nights | 3 × 12-hour shifts
Hours: 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
Travel Gross Weekly Pay: $2,200–$2,300/week, based on experience
Local Pay: $53–$57/hour, based on experience
We are seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a 12-week contract assignment. Candidates with either RRT or CRT credentials may be considered, subject to applicable state and facility requirements.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of respiratory therapy experience, hold the required Ohio license, and have current NBRC and BLS-AHA credentials available at the time of submission.
Key Responsibilities- Provide respiratory care to patients according to physician orders, clinical protocols, and established standards.
- Assess patients and provide appropriate respiratory therapy interventions.
- Perform respiratory treatments and procedures within the therapist's scope of practice.
- Monitor patient respiratory status and response to therapy.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Follow infection prevention, patient safety, and respiratory care protocols.
- Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and emergency situations.
- Maintain and operate respiratory therapy equipment as required.
- Provide patient and family education regarding respiratory care when appropriate.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Float between designated facilities/locations as needed.
- Perform other respiratory care duties as assigned.
- 2+ years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist required.
- CRT or RRT accepted, subject to applicable requirements.
- NBRC credential required and must be in hand at time of submission.
- BLS-AHA certification required and must be in hand at time of submission.
- Active Ohio Respiratory Therapist license required and must be in hand.
- Strong clinical and patient-care skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and respond effectively to changing patient needs.
- Night shift: 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
- 3 × 12-hour shifts per week
- Weekends as needed.
- May be required to float to other designated facilities as needed.
- Local candidates accepted.
