From meticulous prep to dependable equipment operation and thorough inspection—you’ll ensure each part leaves our facility with a reliable, attractive finish.

• Prepare parts: remove contaminants, sand as needed, and mask accurately for clean lines.
• Run the process: operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens with care.
• Match the spec: blend powders and apply coatings to meet color and finish requirements.
• Guarantee quality: check film build and consistency; adjust techniques when required.
• Elevate safety and order: maintain a tidy workstation and follow safety protocols.
• Drive throughput: collaborate with teammates to meet production schedules.
• Protect uptime: perform routine maintenance to keep equipment in top condition.

• High school diploma or equivalent; related technical coursework is beneficial.
• Experience in powder coating or comparable finishing work preferred.
• Sharp eye for detail and unwavering quality standards.
• Ability to work both independently and with a team in a high-activity environment.
