Civil Litigation Paralegal
We are seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Paralegal with strong drafting skills and a solid understanding of Florida litigation procedures.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Strong civil litigation experience with the ability to independently draft pleadings and discovery
Working knowledge of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure
Experience calculating deadlines and managing litigation calendars
Florida e-Filing Portal experience strongly preferred
Excellent written communication and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
4-year degree and/or Paralegal Certification preferred
