Precision CNC Turning/Milling Specialist
Job Description
You clock in for a 4-day work week, head to your Mazak or Haas, and pull up the job traveler. First task: verify the blueprint, set your work offset, touch off tools, and make a quick insert change. You run the first piece, check it with micrometers and bore gauges, and dial in a minor offset. By mid-morning, you’re alternating between a VMC and a 2–4 axis lathe, keeping quality tight and throughput steady. If you’re on the 2nd shift, you’re the go-to for steady production and set-up support—if you’re on 1st, you might jump in to help a teammate learn a new machine. Either way, you’re growing your skills every week in a stable, expanding manufacturing environment.
Open RolesWe have opportunities on 1st and 2nd shift for CNC Operators, Machinists, and Setup Technicians with experience on mills, lathes, or both.
