Own the fabric-making process from loom to doff

Help produce advanced geosynthetic materials that support critical infrastructure and environmental projects. We’re growing in Franklin, KY and looking for a skilled weaving professional who thrives on precision and uptime.

Role snapshot
  • Location: Franklin, KY (Onsite)
  • Shift: Full-Time, 1st Shift
  • Pay: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour
Your impact
  • Operate Itema rapier looms to meet quality and throughput targets.
  • Lead pattern changeovers; validate machine settings before restart.
  • Continuously audit fabric quality; stop equipment to correct defects.
  • Verify doff/roll lengths and confirm pattern accuracy post-changeover.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues; perform minor on-the-spot repairs.
  • Support doffing activities and assist maintenance personnel as needed.
  • Execute routine preventive maintenance to prevent downtime.
  • Maintain a clean, organized area and follow all safety/quality protocols.
What you’ll need to succeed
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Strongly preferred: prior experience running industrial weaving equipment.
  • Valued backgrounds: weaver, fixer, warper, tie-in operator, or broader textile manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting capability.
  • Proficient with basic math, measuring, and documentation.
  • Able to work an 8-hour shift and lift up to 20 lbs on a regular basis.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and pride in quality output.
