Hours: 28 hours per week

• Monday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  
  
• Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  
  
• Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  
  
• Thursday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  
  
• Friday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  
  

Graceful Touch Home Care LLC is seeking a dependable and compassionate Companion Caregiver/PCA to provide one-on-one support to an adult client in the home.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and safety supervision
  
  
• Assist with personal care and mobility as needed
  
  
• Prepare simple meals and assist with light housekeeping
  
  
• Provide medication reminders
  
  
• Assist with errands as needed
  
  
• Must be willing to accompany the client to doctor’s appointments during scheduled work hours
  
  
• Observe and report changes in the client’s health or behavior
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving or companion care experience
  
  
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  
  
• Dependable, patient, respectful, and professional
  
  
• CPR certification preferred
