School-Based BCBA | Mahomet, IL | Full-Time Opportunity

A school district in the Mahomet area is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide behavioral assessment, intervention, and consultation services. This position works closely with students, educators, families, and behavioral support staff.

Schedule:

• Full-Time

• School-Based

• Schedule based on student needs

Responsibilities:

• Complete FBAs and skill assessments

• Create individualized behavior intervention plans

• Review data and monitor student progress

• Provide direct behavioral support when needed

• Supervise and train RBTs and behavior technicians

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers

• Adjust programming based on assessment results and ongoing data

• Maintain timely clinical and educational documentation

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in a related field

• Active BCBA certification

• Strong understanding of ABA principles

• Excellent collaboration and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple cases

Preferred:

• School or pediatric ABA experience

• Crisis prevention/intervention training

• Familiarity with AAC systems
