Available Caseloads

  • 2 ESN/Moderate-Severe Teachers: K–2 Autism classrooms
  • 1 ECSE Teacher: Early Childhood Special Education

Qualifications

  • Active California Education Specialist credential appropriate for the assigned caseload is required.
  • ESN/Moderate-Severe candidates should have experience or a strong background supporting students with extensive support needs and Autism.
  • ECSE candidates must hold the appropriate California authorization to serve early childhood special education students.
  • Strong knowledge of IEP implementation, differentiated instruction, behavior supports, and progress monitoring.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with instructional staff, related service providers, administrators, and families.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver individualized instruction aligned with student IEP goals.
  • Implement accommodations, modifications, behavioral supports, and specialized instructional strategies.
  • Monitor and document student academic, behavioral, functional, and developmental progress.
  • Collaborate with paraprofessionals and multidisciplinary teams to provide consistent student support.
  • Maintain a structured, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain required special education documentation and compliance.
