Desired Background & Experience:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification
- Previous experience with elementary (K-2) students, especially those with Multiple Disabilities or similar needs
- Skilled in implementing differentiated instruction and individualized accommodations
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills to maintain routines and safety
- Adaptability and compassion in supporting a range of learning styles and abilities
- Familiarity with IEP implementation and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and modify curriculum lesson plans for students with varying abilities, ensuring alignment with IEPs

- Maintain consistent communication with families and educational partners
