Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg | Full-Time Permanent

Summary:
Full-Time Med-Surg RN opportunity in Panama City, FL, providing patient-centered care in a top acute care hospital. The role involves assessing patients, administering medications and treatments, monitoring clinical changes, educating patients and families, and collaborating with the care team. Day and night 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends.

Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Shifts:

• Days: 7 AM–7 PM, rotating weekends
• Nights: 7 PM–7 AM, rotating weekends

Pay: $29.92–$44.88/hr based on experience

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 Days / $15,000 Nights

Night Differential: +$4/hr
Relocation: Case-by-case

Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 6:1

Requirements

• Associate Degree or RN Diploma
• Florida RN or approved Compact RN license
• BLS/BCLS
• Recent acute-care RN experience required; Med-Surg experience is not mandatory
• Acute-care experience within the last 3 years, or up to 5 years for highly experienced RNs
