Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A pharmacy technician position is available for a per diem assignment in Waxahachie, TX. This role involves supporting pharmacists by distributing prescribed medications and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance patient care.
Schedule:
- Tuesday, August 18, 2026: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (8.5 hours)
- Wednesday, August 19, 2026: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (8.5 hours)
- Thursday, August 20, 2026: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (8.5 hours)
- Friday, August 21, 2026: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (8.5 hours)
Responsibilities:
- Accurately distribute medications as prescribed by physicians and healthcare practitioners.
- Provide customers with clear, reliable information about their medications and usage.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service to support patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with pharmacists and other healthcare team members.
Qualifications:
- Valid Texas Pharmacy Technician License required.
- Experience in retail or long-term care pharmacy settings preferred.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to professionalism and patient confidentiality.
