Job Description
Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting K-6 students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time position offers the chance to make a significant impact on approximately 70 students at a single site, working closely with young learners to foster communication growth in an educational environment.
Responsibilities include providing direct speech-language therapy services, developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and collaborating with teachers, families, and other school professionals. You'll also play a key role by supervising an onsite Speech-Language Technician, ensuring high-quality delivery of services across the caseload.
What We're Looking For:
- Current Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Certificate of Competence (SLP-CCC)
- School-based experience required
- Teletherapy experience is a plus
- Open to supervising an onsite Speech-Language Technician
- Ability to effectively manage a caseload of K-6th grade students
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
Key Duties:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students
- Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions
- Collaborate on the development of IEPs and progress monitoring
- Supervise and mentor Speech-Language Technician onsite
- Engage in ongoing communication with parents, educators, and support staff
