This contract role is perfect for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) passionate about fostering positive growth within PreK and Kindergarten classrooms. Key Qualifications:

  • Active and valid BCBA certification is required.
  • Experience working with early childhood or elementary-aged students is highly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in behavior management strategies, coaching, and positive reinforcement.
  • Ability and willingness to rotate among different classrooms each quarter.
  • Commitment to completing on-site observations and adhering to in-person background check protocols (processing times may vary seasonally; plan for 2–6 weeks).
  • Minimum of 3 days per week on-site, with additional flexibility as needed for hybrid scheduling.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver targeted behavior support and intervention within PreK and Kindergarten classrooms.
  • Collaborate closely with classroom teachers and staff to implement effective behavior management plans.
  • Conduct regular, in-person observations to assess classroom environments, coaching educators in best practices.
  • Adapt to rotating assignments, ensuring continuity and quality of services across multiple settings.
  • Communicate clearly with educational teams and families to monitor progress and maintain goal alignment.
