Your background in speech-language pathology—especially holding the CCC credential—will be invaluable as you navigate caseload management, therapy sessions, and individual education plan (IEP) development. Desired Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
- Eligibility for school-based licensure
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience in educational settings preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments for students with speech and language needs
- Develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team
- Provide direct therapy services and consult with staff and families for carry-over strategies
