Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A contract opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in teletherapy services. The position supports school-based speech-language needs through remote sessions, providing essential care and assessment.
Location:This role is fully virtual, serving the educational community associated with Amelia Court House, VA.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language pathology evaluations and therapy via telepractice platforms.
- Develop individual treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and progress.
- Collaborate with educators and caregivers to support student communication goals.
- Stay current with teletherapy best practices and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience delivering teletherapy or telespeech services in educational settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills conducive to virtual environments.
- Ability to manage a full caseload and maintain detailed records.
- Familiarity with school-based speech-language pathology protocols.
