Qualifications:
- Master’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Current or eligible for Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Valid state licensure (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for supporting diverse student populations and collaborating with educators
- Prior experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs in students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes in accordance with school and legal guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success in the classroom
- Attend staff meetings, parent conferences, and participate in the broader school community
