Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current or eligible SLP license in Utah
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience in school-based settings preferred, but strong new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Familiarity with IEP processes and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic assessments and therapy for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff to support student success
• Document progress and maintain accurate records according to school and state regulations
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment
